elly Rowland is one hard-working lady who recently landed a pretty sweet gig, partnering with Caress as their new ‘fabulista’. She will help launch their new scents and share beauty and seasonal tips on the Caress facebook page. For someone who has used the brand for years, this is a partnership made in heaven. Plus, Rowland is often free with her beauty advice and since she has spent hours in the make-up chair, strutted her stuff down numerous red carpets and attends NY Fashion Week religiously, she has many to share! One such tip, which happens to be her favorite, is to draw a beauty mark on your face. Kelly does it and before you ask, yes, she has fun by placing the mark in a different spot each and every time!

Ms. Rowland isn’t just a beauty connoisseur, she is also well known in the music industry as a member of one of the best-selling groups of all time, Destiny’s Child. She also has a thriving solo music career, with each of her four albums ending up on the Billboard charts. Rowland even won a Grammy for her song ‘Dilemma’ featuring Nelly from her first album “Simply Deep”. She’s collaborated with a variety of artists and producers over the years; Eve, Snoop Dogg, The Runners, and Pharrell to name just a few. She is currently in the early stages of putting together her fifth album.

If you think that people only know Rowland for her music, well, you just have not been paying attention. She has guested on TV Shows like “American Dreams” and “Girlfriends”, appeared as a judge on “The X Factor” in the UK and was a co-host on Bravo’s “The Fashion Show”. Rowland also starred in the films, “Freddy VS. Jason”, “The Seat Filler” and “Think Like a Man”. At this point, Kelly is reading scripts looking for that specific role which will force her out of her comfort zone.

While Rowland’s professional life has been hitting all the right notes, her personal life really took off in 2014. In May, Kelly married her longtime partner Tim Witherspoon and in November became the proud mom of an adorable baby boy, Titan Jewell.
