Emmy Awards: The Stars of TV Show off!

The 65th annual Prime-time Emmy awards took place on Sunday September 22nd 2013, and boy did the stars of Television know how to make an entrance! From subdued pinks to cobalt and bright blues, sheer skirts to full gown skirts and supersized cocktail rings to wavy tresses, our favorite actresses looked fantastic. Stars like previous Emmy winner Tina Fey, Taylor Schilling and former nominee January Jones all had their gowns custom made. While others, Mad Men’s Kiernan Shipka and Elizabeth Moss, along with Girls’ Zosia Mamet, choose to pick from the 2014 Resort collections. Designs from Versace, Prada, Armani, Vera Wang, Narcisco Rodriguez, Reed Krakoff and Monique Lhuillier made appearances, with Naeem Khan, J. Mendel, Marchesa and Zac Posen scoring wins for multiple gowns gracing the red carpet.

Don’t worry; we didn’t forget about the men, they too stunned wearing two and three piece suits in blacks and blues. Except host Neil Patrick Harris and superstar Jon Hamm who wore a burgundy and white suit jacket respectively, and stood out from the crowd. With designers like Givenchy, Calvin Klein, Dolce, Lanvin, Alexandra McQueen, Gabbana, Burberry and Henri J. Sillam dressing the men of TV how could they not look fabulous!
