Cultural Acc'nts which is centrally located in the heart of Little Five Points specializes in ethnic products with an Afro-centric appeal. The boutique carries beautiful African clothing, handmade jewelry and accessories. Items such as masks, statues, handbags and more also fill this fabulous quaint boutique.

Khadija Maiga is the owner and manager of the boutique. She was born and raised in Senegal. Khadija grew up in her mother's store where beautiful furniture, housewares and textiles where made and sold. Growing up, she worked in her mother's store and it was there that she caught the business bug and always knew she wanted to be an entrepreneur. She stocks items from her mother’s company, Promofil in West Africa. She has a remarkable sense of style and is in tune with customers needs and is knowledgeable of the latest ethnic fashion trends. Her colorful cultural boutique is filled with beautiful authentic items such as handmade earrings, necklaces and handbags. But the array of products is not limited to just fashion. She also stocks decorative house-ware items such as tribal drums, and small pieces of furniture and beautiful authentic handwoven fabrics from Africa. She also carries a line of wonderful scented oils which can be burned in an oil lamp or worn as a body fragrance.

Because of its very popular location, Cultural Acc'nts has been visited by a few celebrities such as India Arie, Tamika, Usher, Jessica Simpson, Melanie Fiona, and so many more. It is obvious why this boutique is so popular among the natives. The dresses and other clothing are unique, versatile and can be dressed up or down.
