ngela expanded her growing empire by opening a new location in the fall of 1998 in Palm Beach and became an instant destination for customers who collect Angela's signature hand painted jewelry. This charming boutique celebrated the 2011 season with a move onto historic Worth Avenue, with a larger store that features fabulous Mizner architecture and window displays, along with Venetian chandeliers and decorative paint finishes designed by Angela. The Angela Moore retail stores also feature collections from our 40 different designers, including Julie Brown, Jack Rogers and the country's largest collection of Manuel Canovas resort wear.

What has been your biggest fashion faux-pas?

DRESSING IN A SUIT THAT I THOUGHT WAS CHIC, BUT MADE ME LOOK LIKE MY GRANDMOTHER!

If you could only shop at one store, which would it be?

AFTER MY OWN, I WOULD SAY LOUIS VUITTON. JUST CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF THOSE GREAT BAGS!

If you could change one thing about your closet, what would it be?

I WOULD MAKE BY PALM BEACH CLOSET BRIGHTER AND MORE AT EYE LEVEL, INSTEAD OF HAVING SHELVES THAT GO UP SO HIGH YOU NEED A FIREMAN'S LADDER TO GET UP THERE!
IN NEWPORT I TOOK AN EXTRA BEDROOM AND SET UP RETAIL STYLE RACKS. BEST THING I EVER DID. NOW I CAN "SHOP MY CLOSET".
VERMONT IS MORE CASUAL, SO SOMEHOW ALL MY COUNTRY WEEKEND LOOKS SEEM TO FIT FINE.

Survival of the fittest: What is one item in your closet that you will never get rid of?

CHANEL BLACK BALLET FLATS. MOST COMFY FLATS OF ALL TIME.

If you were given the opportunity to have a famous designer revamp your entire wardrobe, who would you choose?

MICHAEL KORS. LOVE HIS MINIMAL CHIC STYLE. ALSO, KARL LAGERFELD FOR THE FAB FACTOR.

Name an actor/singer/celebrity whose wardrobe you admire the most.

I THINK GWYNETH PALTROW IS LOOKING PRETTY SPIFFY THESE DAYS.

What are your best and worst fashion purchases?

BEST - THE PERFECT NUDE PATENT PLATFORM SLINGBACKS FROM JIMMY CHOO. GLAM AND COMFORT ARE A MAGIC COMBO!
WORST - CORSET BUSTIER FROM ST. BARTH'S. SEEMED RIGHT AT THE MOMENT, BUT TOO MUCH VA VA VOOM FOR THE REAL WORLD!

Who makes your favorite pair of jeans? Shoes? Dress or Suit?

I LOVE J. CREW WHITE MATCHSTICK JEANS. MANOLO CAROLYN SLINGBACKS. MICHAEL KORS LBD.
